Lumír Španihel is an independent designer & art director based in Amsterdam (NL) working on a range of projects within visual design, digital publishing, and brand-building for media, culture and tech.

Born in the Czech Republic, and having spent the early years of his career between the agency and brand world between Denmark and The Netherlands, Lumir has spent the last 5 years working at WeTransfer's Creative Studio & editorial platform WePresent. There, his work comprised of collaborations on digital editorial projects and campaigns with major global cultural institutions and artists, branded content, events and publications.

Going independent from the beginning of 2025, he is currently available for freelance assignments, small and big, in Amsterdam and beyond.
